Refund and Cancellation
Refund Policy outline the rules and regulations for the use of asktech
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at asktech.io, you could do so within 24 hrs of the payment initiated. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started.
Refund Policy
Asktech strives to deliver the highest quality service for our clients. If you at any time in a development is not satisfied, you can ask for the refund. In this case any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund with in 15 days from the date of first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:
- You have already approved the web design. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
The project delays are caused by lack of communication from your end.
2.If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
- Full refund if the project has not started.
- No refund will be provided for the days the resource has already worked. If client is not satisfied with the work at any point of time, he must immediately notify our Project Manager and ask for commitments towards discounts for the work loss. Any such negotiation at a later date will not be acceptable
Web Design & Development
Web design and web development projects require extensive resources, consumes our time and incurs lot of internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for custom design projects (i.e. website designs, individual page and smaller design components within a website, enhancements, additional pages, logo design etc.) and custom development projects (i.e. php programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, Ecommerce websites etc.) are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client as well as discounted for those who agree to pay in full, but if a project gets cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, then all amount paid will be retained by Asktech and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined as the scope of the work are non-refundable. If client has only paid 50% of the project as down payment and if the project is completed more than 80%, then client should pay the full agreed proposal amount to Asktech, if the project gets cancelled or if the client is not responding within 7 days of completion. No refund can be given in this senario.
If we have completed the project and uploaded it on the server, no refunds will be issued.
Domain registrations
Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once booking is complete.
Third party approval or integration
In case third party is not approving our customers requirements like APIs, tokens, licence, registrations, PIN or business verifications after completing the project from Asktech, then there will be no refund issued. As it takes lots of efforts & manpower to develop & setup the system.
- Price of web/software/service is not final as per the quotation sent to the customers. It can be increased or decreased depending on the complexity and time consuming in the development.
- Price of projects can be increased if clients changes his requests more than 3 times during the project development period
- We do not provide source code of the projects unless there is special requirements & requests from the client side.
- In case if project has been terminated in between the development period, we don’t refund the amount paid by the clients/customers. In this case, if the first amount has been paid, we will only provide the project source code of the work that has been done till the termination date of that project.
- If there is IT services, then the amount will be refunded within 24 hours of the payment done by the customers/ clients if they mailed us on : [email protected]
